Условие

В центробежном тахометре два тонких однородных прямолинейных стержня длины a и b жестко соединены под прямым углом, вершина которого O шарнирно соединена с вертикальным валом; вал вращается с постоянной угловой скоростью ω. Найти зависимость между ω и углом отклонения φ, образованным направлением стержня длины a и вертикалью.

Вычислить угол отклонения стержня от вертикального направления, а также величину N давления стержня на шарнир O.
